• Your registration cannot be processed until we receive your form. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you upon receiving it. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please resubmit the form.
  
• You must pay in full at the start of the session. Your child will not be allowed to begin the session if payment is not received. 
  
• Checks, cash, or Chase quickpay with Zelle, will be accepted. Please make the checks payable to Nummy and Me LLC and bring check or cash to first class. 
  
• The fee for a 10 week Zumba session is $225 ($150  for an additional sibling)
  
• ​Birthday parties range from $375 to $700 depending on the package. Holiday rates are different. Inquire within.
  
• ​School Music Programs or Events are $400-$1,000 (depending on the total amount of kids and type of program)
  
• A 50% refund is available after the first class. No refunds or credits are available after the second class of the semester.
  
• Nummy & Me reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment and to adjust class times as necessary. ​

The deadline for the Winter Session of Zumba
